If you’ve found my website, that means you are searching for help for yourself or a loved one. That process can be overwhelming. I would love to help you discover your inner strengths and empower you to create the rich and meaningful life you deserve. I would also love to help your children discover how special they are and to learn ways to more successfully maneuver through childhood and adolescence. Sometimes that involves therapy and sometimes, it’s necessary to conduct psychological testing to determine the source of problem behaviors.
I specialize in both psychological testing and therapy. I have a passion for ADHD evaluations, and for assessments for both giftedness and learning disabilities. I also enjoy helping people establish college and career goals through career counseling. My goal is always to launch clients into successful lives with minimal office visits.
I am especially passionate about helping kids from 5th grade through college to develop the self esteem, self knowledge, life skills, and social skills to believe in themselves and thrive in our ever changing world. We all possess the inner strength and ability to make positive changes in our lives.
I value authentic and genuine relationships and enjoy helping women find meaning in their lives, whether it is developing better relationships, building a stronger marriage, connecting with family and children, launching children into college and the work force, or figuring out how to create the lives they want as mothers, friends and wives.
I also enjoy connecting with couples and helping them to either strengthen their marriage or develop a strategy for separation in a way that provides the healthiest environment for themselves and their children.
I have a BS in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from Rockburst University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas. I am a Licensed Master’s Level Psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas.
