Heather uses an on-line, secure client portal to minimize paperwork, maximize efficiency and most importantly, provide flexibility for clients to schedule appointments. She strives to be as paperless as possible and to make the customer experience as easy and stress-free as possible. She also requests only truly necessary information and never asks for a social security number.
New clients are sent an email invitation to the client portal and are able to sign in and fill out intake forms and other paperwork on-line.
Existing clients can use the client portal to access payment receipts and insurance receipts (called Superbills), to send a secure message to Heather and to schedule appointments. If clients need to reschedule appointments, there’s no need to play voice mail tag. Instead, they can view all availabke appointments through the client portal and schedule appointments when it’s convenient.
