Women’s Midlife Speaker on Women’s Leadership, Relationships, and Reinvention

Heather speaks to women’s conferences, leadership events, and corporate audiences about midlife transitions, relationships, workplace wellbeing, and reinvention after 40.

Helping high-achieving women — and the organizations that support them — navigate midlife with clarity, confidence, and stronger relationships.

Many women reach midlife having built meaningful careers, families, and responsibilities, yet begin asking deeper questions about identity, relationships, and purpose.

Heather speaks about the psychological and relational shifts that occur during midlife and how people can move beyond burnout, people-pleasing, and outdated expectations to design a more meaningful next chapter.

A licensed psychotherapist and AASECT-certified sex therapist with a PhD in Clinical Sexology, Heather combines deep expertise in emotional wellbeing and relationships with real-world leadership experience. Before becoming a therapist, she graduated from West Point, served as an Army officer, and later worked in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship.

Her talks blend research, storytelling, humor, and practical insight on topics often left out of leadership conversations — including boundaries, intimacy, identity, and the realities of midlife.
